Qt Core Wasm event loop test harness (output on console).

The test harness starts two event dispatchers:

• Main Thread Event Dispatcher
• Secondary Thread Event Dispatcher

HTML Events can be posted to the event dispatchers from the main thread or from a service thread. The event dispatcher should wake up and process the event in all cases.
