Emscriptened HxCMOD player test page

Tested on Firefox 40.0.3, Chrome 45.0, Safari 7.0.6, Edge/Spartan, Android 5.0
Works on any web browser with the Web Audio API support and a decent JavaScript engine. :)
No plugin required. Very low CPU usage, similar to the native version (Thanks to the asm.js support).
The sources are available on GitHub.
Emscripten was used to generate the JavaScript code from the HxCMOD C sources code.
